The client
Compani is a Berlin-based café designed for people and their pets to relax together. Going beyond the typical “pet-friendly” concept, Compani puts animals first: every detail, from the menu to the seating, is crafted for the comfort and enjoyment of both humans and their animal companions.

Project Overview
My role was to create Compani’s entire visual identity, from the logo to signage, packaging, menus, digital assets, merchandising, and editorial communication.
The goal: to translate the “pet-first” philosophy into a distinctive, accessible, and flexible brand system adaptable across all touchpoints.
Development of a playful logo and stylized illustrations that highlight the connection between people and their pets.
Creation of a bold, rounded typographic style to convey warmth and approachability.
Key Contribution
The choice of a black & white palette is a bold and distinctive move. This strong contrast delivers:
A timeless, modern look that stands out in a market often dominated by pastel or saturated colors.
High flexibility for application across print, digital, apparel, and packaging.
Natural visual hierarchy that highlights the logo, illustrations, and key messages.
